Speaker of the Seimas, Loreta Graužinienė, met with the outgoing Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Lithuania, Liu Zengwen, who ends his term in Lithuania.

“The People’s Republic of China is an important partner of Lithuania in the Asian region. We look forward to further developing political dialogue and economic cooperation with this country,” says Loreta Graužinienė.
The Speaker thanked the Ambassador for his input in the strengthening of bilateral relations between Lithuania and China and expressed hope that in the future the newly appointed Chinese Ambassador to Lithuania would carry on the activities that had been started.
Mr Liu Zengwen started his duties in Lithuania in February 2012. He is the eighth Chinese Ambassador accredited in Lithuania.
