On behalf of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and on her own behalf, Loreta Graužinienė, Speaker of the Seimas, conveyed her sincere congratulations to Prof. Dr. Norbert Lammert, President of the German Bundestag, on the Day of German Unity.
“I am pleased to note that the relations between the Republic of Lithuania and the Federal Republic of Germany are well developed on both parliamentary and other levels. I am convinced that the parliamentary relations will further contribute to the development of the significant cooperation that is important to both countries and strengthening of democratic attitudes towards the most relevant matters of today,” Loreta Graužinienė wrote in her congratulatory letter wishing every success to the Bundestag and prosperity to the German people.
