Loreta Graužinienė, Speaker of the Seimas, sent a letter of condolences to İsmet Yılmaz, Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of the Republic of Turkey, conveying condolences on behalf of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and on her own behalf, to the relatives of the victims who died in the explosion in Ankara.
“We condemn this cruel attack that has claimed almost a hundred lives. This bloody act of violence serves as yet another reminder to us all that we have to unite our efforts to fight against terrorism and radicalism,” the Speaker of the Seimas wrote in the letter of condolences.
The Speaker of the Seimas, Loreta Graužinienė, wished every strength and perseverance to the relatives of the deceased.
