Loreta Graužinienė, Speaker of the Seimas, expressed her sincere condolences, on behalf of the Seimas and on her own behalf, to Claude Bartolone, President of the National Assembly of the French Republic, and Gérard Larcher, President of the French Senate, over the terrorist attacks in Paris.
“We are shocked by unjustifiably brutal acts that took the lives of many peaceful citizens. We strongly condemn the terrorist acts. We partake in your grief and the sorrow of the relatives of the victims. May you and your nation summon all the strength in this difficult hour,” Loreta Graužinienė, Speaker of the Seimas, wrote in her letters of condolences.
