Loreta Graužinienė, Speaker of the Seimas, extended her sincere congratulations on behalf of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and on her own behalf to Ismail Kahraman, the newly elected Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey, on the assumption of the responsible duties as head of the parliament.
“On this occasion, let me wish you every success in attaining the set goals as well as productive and creative endeavours,” wrote the Speaker of the Seimas in her letter of congratulations.
Mrs Graužinienė also expressed her appreciation of the developing relations between Lithuania and Turkey and stressed that the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania was looking forward to continuing the cooperation on both bilateral and multilateral levels.
