On behalf of the Seimas and her own, Mrs Irena Degutienė, Speaker of the Seimas, expressed her condolences to the families of those killed in the tragic train crash in the South of Poland and her wishes of fast recovery to the injured. The letters of condolences by the Speaker of the Seimas were sent to the Heads of the Polish Sejm and Senate.
On behalf of the entire Seimas and on my own, my I extend my deepest and heartfelt sympathy. Could you please communicate my words, if possible, to the families of the victims killed and my wishes of strength in this hour of loss and grief. I also wish good health and fast recovery to all those injured.
