Dear Mr President,
On behalf of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, the entire nation, and my own behalf, may I express my deep condolences to you and all the people of Norway on the violent terrorist attacks of 22 July that took the lives of dozens of people, including children.
I believe that the people of Norway will overcome this tragedy in unity and solidarity. The entire Lithuania joins you in this difficult hour.
We share the great sorrow with you and the families of the victims and wish strength and faith to the Norwegian people.
