In order to ensure provision of information to IPEX, the staff of the Offices of specialised committees of the Seimas prepare accurate information on the resolutions of the Seimas on reasoned opinions on non-compliance of draft legislative acts of the EU with the principle of subsidiarity, conclusions of the committees of the Seimas on non-compliance of draft legislative acts of the EU with the principle of subsidiarity, recommendations of the Seimas on EU matters of high relevance, resolutions of the Seimas on important matters of an EU policy, conclusions and opinions of committees of the Seimas on draft legislative acts of the EU, which are regarded as very relevant or relevant, and summaries of the said conclusions and opinions. A staff member of the Office of the Committee on European Affairs, appointed as an IPEX correspondent, uploads the information to the IPEX website expeditiously.

The heads of all Offices of the committees of the Seimas are responsible for the control of expeditious preparation of accurate information to be uploaded to the IPEX system. The Legislation Translation Division of the Editing and Translation Unit of the Document Department and the Interpretation and Translation Unit of the International Relations Department of the Office of the Seimas are responsible for translation, into English and/or French, of documents and summaries of the documents drafted by the Seimas and the specialised committees of the Seimas to be uploaded to the IPEX database.
