Adoption of effective EU-level decisions to manage the situation in Ukraine, support Moldova and Georgia (which currently are the Eastern Partnership leaders) in their efforts to sign the EU Association and Free Trade Agreements before August remains among the priorities of the Lithuanian EU policy.
The same ideas were stressed in the report drafted by the Minister of Foreign Affairs after the General Affairs Council of 11 February 2014 and presented by Neris Germanas, Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs, at the joint meeting of the Committee on European Affairs and the Committee on Foreign Affairs on 19 February 2014.
