Born on 5 December 1969, in the region of Šiauliai.

Graduated form the Lithuania Academy of Agriculture as an agriculturalist.

1993 - founded the Joint-stock Company "Agrokoncernas", was its President.

1987-1988 - member of the Lithuanian team of Russian draughts in the young group. Candidate to Master of Sports in International and Russian Draughts. Leader of the Lithuanian Women's Basketball League "Agro-Basf".

Member of the Lithuanian Farmers' Party.

Speaks English and Russian languages.

Married, has a son.

Deputy Chairman of the Seimas Delegation to the European Parliament.

Member of the Seimas Delegation to the Interparliamentary Union.

Member of the Parliamentary Group for the Relations with the Federal Republic of Germany.
