Parliamentary activities: special focus on protecting the economic interests of working families, the poor, and small business owners; initiation of a programme of financial support for housing for young families to help the regions of Lithuania; active contribution to the establishment of new standing commissions of the Seimas, namely, Commission for Energy and Sustainable Development and Commission for Healthy Lifestyle; engagement in designing of major social reforms (child money); campaigning for highly opposed draft laws (progressive taxes, alcohol control); preparation of important draft laws (e.g. mandatory disclosure of salary details in job adverts, minimisation of food waste in supermarkets, employment quota for persons with disabilities).

Public activities: author of numerous social projects and initiatives, articles and three books; consultant of trade unions; specialist of adult education; co-founder of the Social Investment Management Centre and other organisations; coordinator and member of working groups for preparation of electoral programmes (2012, 2016, 2020, 2024); co-initiator of establishment of trade unions in retail chains (2007); founder of the Greens Political Group within the National Farmers Union (2010); coordinator of the campaign for the referendum on the nuclear power plant (2012); founder of the Union of Democrats ‘For Lithuania’ (2022); promoter of the ideas and historical heritage of President Kazys Grinius.
