His father Pranas Stasiulevičius was repressed and deported to Vorkuta camp on 25 June 1945.
In 1956 finished Kaunas secondary school 6.
In 1956-1961 studied at Vilnius teacher’s Training College (currently - Pedagogic university). Worked at Patamulšėlio eight-year school.
Served in the Soviet Army.
In 1963-1990 - worked at Kaunas secondary school No. 7.
In 1990 - elected deputy to the Council of the city of Kaunas.
From May 1990 - a co-ordinator of Šančiai Territotial Deputy Group and an assistant to L.Simutis, a deputy to the Supreme Council - the Reconstituent Seimas. In February 1992 - Chairman of the Standing Commission of the Self-government Affairs of the Kaunas city Council, later - head of the Control Service.
In 1995 - elected member of the Kaunas city council, appointed comptroller of Kaunas Self-government. A folk artist, participant and prize winner of Contest “Auksinės rankos” of Kaunas zone.
Member of the Homeland Union (Lithuanian Conservatives).
Speaks English, Polish and Russian languages.
Married. Has a daughter.
Member of the Seimas Delegation to the Interparliamentary Union.
Chairman of the Parliamentary Group for the Relations with Iceland.
Member of the Parliamentary Group for the Relations with Italy.
Member of the Parliamentary Group for the Relations with France.
Member of the Parliamentary Group for the Relations with Tibet.
