On 22–25 February 2023, Chairs and Deputy Chairs of the Committees on Foreign Affairs and on National Security and Defence of the European Union Member States and NATO member countries, including Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, as well as members of United for Ukraine (U4U) global network of parliamentarians met in Kyiv at the invitation of Ruslan Stefanchuk, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, to commemorate the anniversary of Russia’s large-scale war against Ukraine.
