The Reception and Correspondence Unit of the Office of the Seimas is open to visitors every working day:

  • 8 a.m. – 12 midday and 12.45 – 5 p.m. (Monday to Thursday)
  • 8 a.m. – 12 midday and 12.45 – 3.45 p.m. (Fridays)

Applications and complaints can be submitted in one of the following ways:

  • Directly at the Reception and Correspondence Unit of the Office of the Seimas every working day:

              8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Mondays

              7.30 a.m. – 5 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

              7.30 a.m. – 3.45 p.m. on Fridays

              on the Seimas Website at E-services (e-petition)

 

Requests and complaints submitted in writing must comply with the requirements of point 13 of the Rules for the Examination of Requests and Complaints and for Customer Service at the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and at the Office of the Seimas.

 

Please note that e-mail size limit for data processing at the Office of the Seimas is 10 MB. Should your e-mail size exceed 10 MB, please divide it into parts and send it in several messages or compress the attached files by using a data compression programme (e.g. ZipARC, gzip, WinZip, WinRAR or a similar programme). You can also use free cloud services (e.g. Wetransfer) to deliver larger files via email.
