Installation National Anthem

This unique installation has no analogues worldwide. It combines science (physics, acoustics, phonology), art (textile, music, poetry) and technology (spectrographic analysis, jacquard weaving, optics, illumination, installation) to produce an unparalleled effect.

 A range of professionals have harnessed the tools of science, technology and art to produce a contemporary version of what Lithuanians hold very dear to their heart, namely, the National Anthem created by Vincas Kudirka more than a century ago.

      The installation provides an opportunity for visitors to join this cultural and educational programme, aimed at deepening and fostering the understanding of the history and culture of the Lithuanian nation, as well as promoting the creation and preservation of the Lithuanian cultural and political identity.
