Media representatives wishing to work at the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania during the events of the parliamentary dimension of the Lithuanian Presidency of the Council of the European Union are invited to make an application for accreditation online. Individual accreditation is required for every event.

The applicants are requested to indicate the media they represent, their name, surname, contact information and the events for which the application for accreditation is made. The list of events in the framework of the parliamentary dimension of the Presidency is available on the website at www.eu2013.lrs.lt.

The applicants will be informed about their accreditation by e-mail indicated in the application form.

The certificates of accreditation can be collected on the day of the event near the Pass Office, Building 2 of the Seimas, by presenting an ID with a photo and a journalist’s certificate. The address of the Seimas is Gedimino pr. 53, Vilnius; the entrance to Building 2 faces the Neris River.

A Press Centre will be open at the Seimas during the parliamentary events. The Centre will offer working places for journalists, live webcast of the events and a simultaneous translation into foreign languages, and press conferences. If requested, accredited journalists will have an opportunity to interview politicians of their choice.
