Saulius Skvernelis, Speaker of the Seimas, has congratulated Richard Raši on his election as Speaker of the National Council of the Slovak Republic and extended wishes of every success in addressing the challenges of today and achieving the set goals in this responsible position. 

‘I am convinced that your long-standing professional experience and knowledge of European Union affairs and financing and investment instruments will be of particular benefit to you in discharging your duties as Speaker of the National Council and will allow you to organise the work of the Parliament in a responsible and creative manner,’ the congratulatory letter reads.
