Registration of participants

Registration at the event Registration desks at the Seimas will be available on 12 May 2023. Participants can register on the 1st floor of Building 2 of the Seimas. Upon registration, participants will be given identity badges and the documents related to the event. Participants are kindly requested to wear their identity badges at all times during the event. All participants are kindly requested to register individually online no later than 30 April 2023. For online registration please contact the organisers. |

Interpretation

Simultaneous interpretation into Lithuanian and English will be provided during the event. Please kindly note that there are 16 interpretation booths in the Seimas Plenary Chamber. In case any delegation wishes to bring its own interpreter and needs an interpretation booth, it is requested to notify the organisers in advance. Interpretation booths will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. |
