Speaker of the Seimas expressed condolences to the relatives of the victims of the attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils

On behalf of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and on his own behalf, Viktoras Pranckietis, Speaker of the Seimas, expressed his deepest condolences to the relatives of the victims who were injured or died in the attacks in Barcelona and Cambrils.

The Speaker of the Seimas sent the letters of condolences to Ana Pastor, President of the Congress of Deputies of the Kingdom of Spain, and Pío García-Escudero Márquez, President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Spain.

“Shocked by the atrocity that cannot be justified by any means, we condemn the deadly terror attacks that claimed human lives. Our hearts go out to you and the families of the victims,” the letters read.
