Speaker of the Seimas congratulated the newly elected Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

On behalf of the Seimas and his own behalf, Viktoras Pranckietis, Speaker of the Seimas, congratulated Dmytro Razumkov, newly elected Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, on becoming the leader of the country’s parliament.

The Speaker of the Seimas expressed the wishes of every success in achieving the best goals and in making the mandate given by the nation translate into concrete results.

‘I sincerely believe that Lithuania and Ukraine will further successfully develop their parliamentary cooperation. We will put in every effort to make the West more positive about the prospect of Ukraine’s integration, because the success of your country is important not only for Ukraine itself but also for Europe as a whole,’ said the Speaker of the Seimas in his letter of congratulations.
