• For guided tours and educational activities, online registration is required. Visits are organised for groups not exceeding 35 people.
• Guided tours for registered individual visitors are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 5 p.m., and on the first Saturday of every month, at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Guided tours are organised for groups of at least 10 visitors.
• On Wednesdays, at 5 p.m., and on the first Saturday of every month, at 12:30 p.m., registered individual visitors can have a tour to the January 13 Memorial.
• Registration is not required for viewing exhibitions at the Visitor Centre of the Seimas.
• From 1 July to 10 September 2025, renovation works will be carried out in the Plenary Chamber of the Seimas. During this period, it will not be possible to visit the Plenary Chamber during guided tours of the Seimas. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience.
• From 16 June until December 2025, the Hall of the Act of 11 March will not be accessible during guided tours of the Seimas due to renovation works currently taking place in the Hall. We apologize for the inconvenience.
• Starting from 11 April 2025, the January 13th Memorial can be visited without prior registration every day of the week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We kindly invite Vilnius residents and visitors to the capital to view the exhibition on display at the Memorial: ‘Sworn to never retreat: Lithuania’s Stance in the Face of the 1991 Soviet Aggression‘.
