Speaker of the Seimas expressed condolences to the United Kingdom

On behalf of the Seimas and on his own behalf, Viktoras Pranckietis, Speaker of the Seimas, offered condolences to the United Kingdom.

“On behalf of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania and on my own behalf, I send our sincere condolences to the United Kingdom. We are shocked by the bloody event in Manchester which claimed the lives of innocent people. We convey our heartfelt condolences to the relatives of the victims, send strength to the affected people, and express our solidarity in the fight against terrorism,” the Speaker of the Seimas said.
