Stained Glass Gallery

The Stained Glass Gallery hosts exhibitions on the history of the parliamentary tradition and the development of statehood. On Fridays, open door hours are traditionally organised here, during which all residents and guests of the city can see the latest expositions without needing entry permits.

In the Stained Glass Gallery, a statue in the shape of the Colums of Gediminas adorned with 300,000 three-coloured bracelets meets the eye. It is a gift from the campaign Lietuvai ir man (To Me and Lithuania), initiated by Lithuanian youth organisations in 2015, on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the restoration of Lithuania’s independence.
