During the tours, the visitors can visit the memorial to the victims of January 13, located next to the Second Chamber of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania.

Individual visitors are invited to visit the memorial on Wednesdays at 5:00 p.m. and every first Saturday of the month at 12:30 p.m. This requires prior (no later than 3 working days) registration.
